Everything families need to know about equipment rental, hours, and return policies.
Equipment Room Hours
Equipment handout and return hours are posted before each season and communicated via email and team parents. Please check with your team parent or the equipment manager for the current schedule at the Micucci Football Complex.
Rental Fee
Due at equipment handouts. This refundable deposit is returned once all issued equipment is returned in good condition.
Important Return Policy
All issued equipment must be returned by the posted deadline following the end of the season. Families who do not return equipment on time may forfeit their deposit and may be charged full replacement costs for unreturned items. Please return all items clean and in the bag/bin provided at handout.

These items must be provided by the family and are not included with league-issued equipment.
Families are responsible for the replacement cost of any equipment not returned or returned damaged beyond normal wear. Replacement costs vary by item (helmets and shoulder pads carry the highest replacement value). Please contact the Equipment Manager for the current replacement cost schedule.
All equipment must be returned clean and complete at the scheduled equipment turn-in date at the end of the season. Deposits ($25 per family) will be refunded once equipment is verified as returned in acceptable condition. Late or missing returns may result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional replacement charges.
